Homelessness is a devastating experience. It is a frightening and lonely place to be, which often brings about further consequences: addiction, violence, health deterioration and loss of dignity.
In order to support those who need it the most, we would like to invite warmheartedly all of you to support our organisation Barka UK and its important project Free Helpline. Its existence has been put into question due to financial pressures. The Helpline has been running for the last 2,5 years and has supported over 3000 cases of people struggling not only with homelessness, but also with other daily challenges of living and working abroad.
