They want to help BARKA by climbing Kilimanjaro

Maciej Golabek and Robert Żywczyk intend to take part in the expedition to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro in February 2015. As part of this project, Maciej and Robert are fundraising for Barka in London. The fundraising is going to be conducted over the next seven months (until the day of the expedition).

Dear Maciej,

please accept our sincere thanks for the inititative undertaken by you and Mr. Robert Żywczyk to support Barka activities in London by your involvement in the expedition to Kilimanjaro. We are deeply touched by your project. Climb of Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa, certainly requires a lot of determination, courage and long preparation to overcome the hardships of climbing, limitations of body and mind. Please let us know if you would be willing to meet with us at Barka UK so we can thank you personally.

Barka, for 25 years, has supported people and local communities, which are in the social and economic difficulties in Poland and since 2007 we have also been working in the UK assisting our compatriots in the integration with labor market, access to accommodation and return to home country. Similar projects we implement in the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Germany at the invitation of local authorities and local Polish diplomatic missions.
