Barka UK representatives meeting with Mayor Boris Johnson at City Hall
On Monday 12th of September 2011 representatives of Barka UK and other Polish organisations including Poland Street and Federation of Poles in Great Britain made a visit at City Hall where Boris Johnson had a short speech about current economic situation in London. Mayor of London emphasize how links between numbers of different communities living in London are vital and how they contribute to capital grow. He stressed that all efforts involved in today’s activities lead to coordinated actions for London Olympics 2012. Boris Johnson also supported ideas towards joint action and commitment to provide a practical support to decrease effects of current crisis having influence on growing poverty and addiction amongst the vulnerable sector of socially excluded people in London.
